• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

• You must comply with all applicable laws, including card network rules and federal/state/local regulations.

4. Fees & Billing

Fees for ZermattPay’s services will be communicated during the onboarding process or outlined in a signed agreement. ZermattPay reserves the right to adjust pricing or introduce new charges with 30 days’ notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our operations.

• Process transactions related to prohibited products or services, including but not limited to illicit drugs, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed gambling.

6. Termination

ZermattPay may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, except those that by nature survive.
